A native of Seoul, South Korea, Chef Ethan Lee is an expert in Korean cuisine. Under the tutelage of his mother from a young age, Chef Ethan developed a passion for perfecting and refining the techniques of cooking Korean cuisine. The 35 year old Chef is well travelled and has explored the cultures of the world through which he has learnt and perfected his broad range of culinary skills. These experiences have educated him in bringing his exquisite palate and creativity to traditional Korean favourites.
With more than 15 years in the industry, Chef Ethan has seen his Korean culinary influence flourish in kitchens he has managed in China, Korea and Australia.
Continuing his motto to embracing new culinary experiences, and blending this experience with local, homegrown knowledge of Korean food Chef Ethan and his team have set the bar high for what Korean cuisine can be at K-Town Korean BBQ House.
